About
One team, the whole funnel, one number.
Navrev is an AI-first revenue partner. We replace four to six vendors with one accountable team and one outcome SLA, and we put our fee on the line against the result.
Why we exist
We kept seeing the same gap, from two different sides.
One mark, two threads. Where they cross is the seam we own.
Samee spent years building applied AI systems and kept watching the same pattern: businesses swimming in data, starving for clarity. The insight was always sitting in a dashboard. The person who needed it was always guessing.
Prem spent a decade in direct-response marketing, running campaigns for everyone from small local businesses to enterprises like Apollo Hospitals and Crowne Plaza. He kept watching the other half of the same problem: brilliant campaigns generating leads that nobody answered in time.
Two different vantage points on one seam. The AI side had the clarity. The marketing side had the leads. Neither side owned what happened in between, and that’s exactly where revenue was dying. Navrev exists to own that seam, end to end, and be measured on what happens because of it.
Team
Who's actually behind this.
Every engagement gets one strategist and one account manager, named in your contract. Not a pool, not a ticket queue.
Samee Hanay
Partner, AI & Automations

Prem Anand

Pratik Chauhan

Rushani

Track record
Outcome-oriented isn’t a tagline here. It’s what got measured.

Snehalyaa Silks
Revenue growth against a locked baseline

Site conversions from Chat AI and Voice AI on one funnel
₹40L+
GoFix

Positioning
Why the category needed a third option.
Both arrangements share a seam, and the seam is where leads die. A lead arrives at eleven at night, the agency has done its job by generating it, the CRM has done its job by storing it, and nobody has done the job of answering it.
Software vendors sell you
Tools
Usually good ones. The accountability for the result stays exactly where it was: with you.
Agencies sell you
Activity
Leads, traffic, followers, a deck at the end of the month. The revenue conversation belongs to someone else.
Navrev sells you
The outcome
The AI infrastructure and the human operators, under one SLA, against one number locked before we started.
There’s no hand-off, so there’s nothing to leak at.
Fit
Who this is built for.
Founder-led and in-house teams in considered-purchase categories, where the decision takes weeks and speed still decides the quarter.
$1M–$50M
In revenue, founder-led or in-house run
Weeks
Is how long the buying decision actually takes
Any hour
Is when the enquiry actually arrives
40s vs 6h
Is the gap that decides the quarter
If you're earlier than that, the audit will say so. We'd rather tell you honestly than sell you an engagement that can't pay for itself.
Voice
How we sound, and why it matters.
Accountable
We name the number and the owner. Both appear in the contract.
Plain
An operator should read it once and act. If it needs a second pass, it's badly written.
Evidenced
Every claim carries a figure or a source. An adjective is not a substitute for either.
Unhurried
Confident enough not to shout. The work is the argument.
If a line would embarrass you in a quarterly business review, it doesn’t ship. That’s the whole editorial standard.
Where we work
Five, one hub
Five markets, one delivery hub, and one invoice currency each. Every engagement runs on the same method wherever it sits.
IndiaHub
₹
The hub. Delivery, operations and the bulk of the team.
United Arab Emirates

How we find clients
We publish the work and let it argue for itself.
Case studies, recorded audits, and aggregate results drive the pipeline. We don’t cold-call, cold-email, or cold-message, on any channel, ever. If you’re reading this, you found it, and that’s the arrangement we want, because a client who arrived by interruption is a client who was never sure they needed us.
The next step
A free audit. Then a baseline.
We measure before we move: where revenue leaks, what each stage costs, and the size of the opportunity. You keep the audit either way.
