Privacy

Short, because we collect little. This page is a plain-language template and has not yet been reviewed by counsel in the five markets Navrev operates in — that review is outstanding.

We collect what we need to reply to you and nothing we would be uncomfortable explaining. If any of this changes, the date above changes with it.

What we collect

If you send the audit form, we collect the name, work email, revenue band and market you provide, plus anything you write in the optional field. That is the whole set, and every field is one we actually read.

We record aggregate page analytics — which pages are read and roughly where from — using first-party, server-side measurement. There is no third-party advertising or marketing cookie on this site, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a banner.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to scope an audit, and to know which of our published work is worth continuing to publish. Nothing else.

  • We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
  • We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form.
  • We do not buy contact lists, and we never cold-contact anyone on any channel.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after twelve months. Engagement records are kept for as long as the contract requires and then for the period our accountants and the tax authorities in the relevant market require, which is the only reason we keep them longer.

Where it is processed

We operate in India, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the United States, and Australia, and data may be processed in any of them. Where a market requires local processing or storage, we follow that requirement rather than the convenient default.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@navrev.com and we will confirm within one business day and complete it within thirty days.

If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, those rights apply in full, and nothing in this page limits them.
