Pricing

We get paid when you grow.

Two components, one of which only exists if the number moves. There are no tiers, because three tiers would be three different promises, and we only make one.

Covers our costs

Component one

Base retainer

Funds the team, the infrastructure, and the audit cadence. This is cost recovery, not margin. It’s invoiced monthly, in your market’s currency, and it doesn’t change because a quarter went well.

Scoped in the audit.

Where we earn

Component two

Success fee

Rides on incremental revenue against the baseline we locked before we touched anything. If marketing-sourced revenue doesn’t move, this component is zero. Not reduced, not deferred. Zero.

Calculated monthly, against the figure you signed at onboarding.

What the baseline actually is.

Your best month ever, agreed in writing before any work starts, with the attribution method attached to it. It’s the denominator for every claim either of us makes afterward.

No baseline, no fee. Not as a negotiating position. Without one, nobody can say afterward what we changed, and the engagement becomes a matter of opinion. That arrangement already exists, and it’s the thing we were built to replace.

Priced by market.

Figures are set in the audit, because the scope decides them and a published number that always changes is not a price. What is fixed is the currency you are billed in.

No converted equivalents are shown. You’re billed in one currency and it’s the one you sell in.

What we don’t do.

  • No lock-in beyond the month you've already agreed to.
  • No charge for a month in which the baseline wasn't measurable.
  • No success fee on revenue that was already coming.
  • No line item you weren't shown before it was incurred.

FAQ

Before you ask.

Engagements run month to month. Either side can decline to renew at the end of a month, in writing, with no penalty. Fees already incurred remain payable; fees not yet incurred do not.

There's no notice period designed to hold you for another month you've already decided against.

India · UAE · Saudi · US · Australia. Delivery runs from one hub in India, so the method is the same wherever the engagement sits.

You're invoiced in the currency of your primary market, and only that one. We don't show converted equivalents, because the number you're billed is the number you should be reading.

The next step

A free audit. Then a baseline.

We measure before we move: where revenue leaks, what each stage costs, and the size of the opportunity. You keep the audit either way.
