Book the audit
A free audit. Then a baseline.
We measure before we move. The audit is free, it’s yours whatever you decide afterward, and it ends with a number we’d be willing to be held to.
What you get
A full funnel audit
Every stage from first click to closed-won, with the drop-off measured rather than estimated.
A ranked leak map
Where the money goes, in order of how much of it goes there. Not a list of everything that could be better.
Cost per stage
What you currently pay to move someone from each stage to the next, and what that should cost.
A proposed baseline
Your best month ever, and the method for locking it, in writing.
A recommendation, including no
If the opportunity doesn't justify the engagement, the audit says so, and we part on good terms.
01
You send the form
One business day to a named reply, with a time and a scope.
02
The audit runs
Timeline scales with your size and complexity. You keep the document either way.
03
Baseline, or goodbye
If the numbers justify it, we lock a baseline and start. If not, we say so.
Before you send it.
Yes. No card, no invoice, no catch.
You keep the findings whether or not we work together afterward. Plenty of people take the document and go, and that is the arrangement working as intended.
No. An agency sells you activity and hands the revenue conversation back. A software vendor sells you a tool and leaves the accountability where it was.
We sell the outcome: the AI infrastructure and the human operators together, under one SLA, measured against one number that was agreed before we started. There is no hand-off between the parts, which is the point — a hand-off is where leads die.
Every call and every chat is scored, not a sample. The usual arrangement is a 2% sample reviewed a fortnight later, which tells you about the sample.
Scoring all of it tells you which objection is costing you the quarter, which person needs help this week rather than at the next review, and whether the thing you changed last month changed anything. Colour is never the only signal on those reports — every state carries a word.
Speed-to-lead moves in the first fortnight, because that is an infrastructure problem and infrastructure can be switched on.
Revenue takes a quarter, and in a considered-purchase category it can take two, because the deliberation window is what it is. Anyone quoting a revenue lift in week three is quoting you something other than revenue.
